Know which ad sold the Whop, not just that something did

Your checkout lives on Whop. Your buyers arrive through a reel, a bio link, a Telegram group and three days of silence. Somewhere in there the click id dies and every sale becomes "direct". FlowTracker carries the click through all of it, sends the conversion back to Whop server-side, and puts your Whop ad spend in the same report as the revenue.

The Problem

The click dies somewhere
between the ad and the checkout

Whop is a great place to sell and a hard place to attribute. The checkout is a different domain to the funnel, the buyer usually takes a detour, and by the time money moves the ad platform has lost the thread.

A tracked link that remembers

FlowTracker stamps the click the moment it happens: fbclid, gclid or ttclid, the campaign, ad set and ad, the creative, the geo and the device. That record belongs to you, not to the platform, and it stays attached to the person through every redirect, every chat and every day of delay before they pay.

When the Whop checkout completes, FlowTracker posts the conversion back server-side with that context attached and the same event_id the browser pixel used, so Whop matches the two and counts one sale. Ad blockers and lost cookies stop costing you data, and nothing gets counted twice.

The Middle

Most Whop buyers do not buy on the first visit

They join the free Telegram, lurk in Discord, ask one question on WhatsApp and pay later. That gap is where attribution normally ends and where your follow-up normally stops. FlowTracker keeps both alive: one inbox across Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and live chat, with the original click id sitting on the contact record the whole time.

Workflows do the chasing. A free-tier join that has not upgraded in five days gets a sequence. An opened checkout that never completed gets a reminder. An AI agent answers the same five questions at 3am so the lead does not cool off waiting for you.

Reporting

Whop ad spend and Whop revenue,
finally on the same screen

FlowTracker reads your Whop ad reports and lines them up against the sales it attributed, so you stop reconciling two dashboards that never quite agree.

Down to the individual ad

Spend, impressions, clicks, results and platform-reported ROAS come back per campaign, per ad group and per ad, in hourly, daily, weekly or monthly buckets. Cost per result, cost per click, CTR, CPM, frequency and reach come with them.

Because FlowTracker also holds the revenue, the report can show what you kept rather than what came in. If you sell elsewhere too, Stripe, Shopify, broker and affiliate revenue sit in the same view, so Whop stops being its own separate spreadsheet.

Ads only, and we mean it

FlowTracker writes ad events into Whop and reads ad reports out of it. It does not create, edit or read your products, plans, memberships, licences, payouts, affiliate programme or community content. How you run your Whop does not change. What changes is that you can see which ad paid for each member, and what that member cost you. Full detail is on the Whop integration page.

no change to your checkout

1

Connect Whop

Paste a Whop API key and your business id. Read access for ad reports, write access for events, and nothing else requested.

2

Swap the link in your ads

Point a FlowTracker tracked link at the same Whop checkout you use today. The buyer sees no difference. You see the click id.

3

Run the middle of the funnel

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger in one inbox, with AI agents and workflows chasing free-tier members toward the paid tier.

4

Read one report

Whop ad spend, attributed sales and what is left after cost, per campaign and per creative, with the events fired back so optimisation improves too.

FAQ

Selling on Whop with ads, answered

Why does so much of my Whop revenue show up as direct or unattributed?

Because the checkout sits on a different domain to the funnel that sold it, and most buyers take a detour through a bio link, a Telegram group or a Discord invite on the way. The click id from the ad does not survive those hops, so the sale arrives with no source attached. A FlowTracker tracked link captures the click id at the moment of the click and carries it through every hop into the Whop checkout, so the sale arrives with its origin still attached.

Do I have to move off Whop or change my checkout?

No. You keep selling on Whop exactly as you do now. You swap the raw checkout URL in your ads and bio for a FlowTracker tracked link that lands on the same place. Nothing about your products, pricing or member experience changes.

What does FlowTracker actually send to Whop?

The advertising context for the event: the click ids captured by the tracked link such as fbclid, gclid and ttclid, the campaign, ad set and ad, the tracked link itself, and the customer identifiers you already collect such as email, phone, country and external id. Events are sent server-side with the same event_id as the browser pixel, so Whop deduplicates them and counts one conversion.

Does this touch my products, members or payouts on Whop?

No. The integration is scoped to advertising only. FlowTracker writes ad events and reads ad reports. It does not create, edit or read products, plans, memberships, licences, payouts, affiliates or community content.

My buyers go through Telegram or Discord before they pay. Does that break attribution?

That is the case FlowTracker was built for. The tracked link identifies the person at the click, follows them into Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, keeps the conversation in one inbox, and still holds the original click id when the Whop checkout completes days later.

Can I see Whop ad spend and my revenue in the same report?

Yes. Spend, impressions, clicks, results, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per result, frequency and reach are pulled from your Whop ad account per campaign, ad group and individual ad, and sit next to the revenue FlowTracker has attributed, so you are reading net profit rather than two dashboards that disagree.

What if I sell outside Whop as well?

That is normal and supported. FlowTracker also connects Stripe, Shopify, broker and affiliate networks, and Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts directly. Whop becomes one revenue source in a single report rather than a separate spreadsheet. The integrations page lists everything currently supported.

What happens when I start the trial?

You create your workspace immediately, paste a Whop API key and business id, point one tracked link at your checkout and connect the channels your buyers actually use. The first attributed clicks usually show up the same day. No credit card required.
