Cookie & Consent Policy

How FlowTracker uses cookies, pixels, server-side tracking and device fingerprinting — and how you control them.

Last updated: 27 June 2026  ·  Version 1.0

1.What these technologies are

This Cookie & Consent Policy explains how FlowTracker (Delien Media FZE) and properties running FlowTracker use cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

“Cookies and similar technologies” include browser cookies, pixels and tags, software development kits (SDKs), local and session storage, and server-side (server-to-server) event collection, as well as device fingerprinting — techniques that read or combine characteristics of your device and browser to recognise you. Some are placed by us (first-party) and some by third parties.

3.Categories we use

Strictly necessarySecurity, load balancing, session integrity, storing your consent choices. Not required
FunctionalRemembering preferences and settings to improve usability.Required (non-essential)
Analytics / performanceUnderstanding how the site and platform are used so we can improve them.Required
Advertising / targetingMeasuring ad performance, attribution, cross-device matching and sharing conversion data with advertising platforms.Required

4.Device fingerprinting (explicit disclosure)

FlowTracker uses device fingerprinting as part of its attribution and enrichment technology. Fingerprinting combines technical signals — such as device type, operating system, browser and version, language, timezone, screen attributes and network information — to recognise a user across sessions and devices, including where cookies are unavailable or cleared. We treat fingerprinting as a non-essential technology that requires the same prior consent as advertising cookies. We do not use fingerprinting to evade your privacy choices, and withdrawing consent stops fingerprinting-based processing for advertising purposes.

5.Server-side & conversion tracking

Some tracking happens server-to-server rather than in your browser, including conversion events sent to advertising platforms through Meta’s Conversions API, TikTok’s Events API and Google’s Enhanced Conversions / Ads API. Server-side collection is still subject to consent where required: for consent-required users, these events are only sent where valid consent exists, and for Google the corresponding consent signals (Consent Mode v2) are transmitted. Personal identifiers used for matching are hashed before transmission where supported, and prohibited or sensitive data is never sent.

6.Third-party recipients

Where you consent, advertising and analytics technologies may share data with third parties that act under their own privacy policies, including:

7.Cookie & technology table

The following is a representative list. Because the exact set depends on your consent choices and the features in use, the live consent banner provides the current, itemised list.

8.Managing & withdrawing consent

You can manage your choices at any time through the consent banner / preferences link on our site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking cookies, though strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without affecting the service. To opt out of advertising personalisation directly with platforms, use their settings (for example Meta and Google ad settings). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

9.Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, we may not respond to all such signals, but we do respect the consent choices you make through our banner.

10.Changes & contact

We may update this Cookie & Consent Policy as our technologies or legal requirements change; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions can be sent to privacy@flowtracker.io.
