A contact counts once in a calendar month, the first time you exchange a message with them on any channel. Talk to the same person forty times and it still counts once.
Never counted: contacts sitting in your CRM who you did not message, imported lists, and anyone you only tracked but never spoke to. Contact storage is unlimited on every paid plan.
A person who arrives through a tracked link and is attributed to a campaign: a Telegram join, a bot start, a landing view that resolves to a real identity. One person, one count, for the month they arrive.

An active contact is someone you actually had a conversation with that month. Many subscribers never become active contacts, and that is fine, they only count once against the tracking meter. Nobody is ever charged on both meters for the same interaction.

Every broker in our integration directory is available on every paid plan, so you are never blocked from a partner because of your tier. What each plan includes is a number of connected broker accounts: two on Operate, five on Perform, fifteen on Scale. Need more than that? Every paid plan can add extra connections beyond its allowance at the published per-connection rate, $179 on Operate, $129 on Perform and $99 on Scale, with no cap on how many you add. Track does not include broker connections.
No. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills you directly at their published conversation rates. FlowTracker never resells messages or adds a markup, and WhatsApp spend never appears on your FlowTracker invoice. The only WhatsApp-related platform cost is the number of sender numbers on your plan.
No, Track is free permanently. It includes tracked links, CAPI, server-side events and a working inbox, so you can run real attribution on a small funnel without ever paying. There is no card and no invoice, so nothing on Track can ever cost you anything. The trade is that its limits are hard caps: 250 tracked subscribers and 100 active contacts a month, and when you reach one that feature waits for the next month or you move up to a paid plan.

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for. On annual plans, if FlowTracker is not working out within the first 30 days, contact us and we refund the unused balance in full.
