Kommo is a mature messenger CRM with a large feature set, real third-party reviews and per-user pricing. FlowTracker is an attribution platform with a CRM inside it. If you need to know which ad produced which deposit, FlowTracker answers that. If you need a general sales CRM, Kommo is the more complete product.
How we sourced this page. Every Kommo statement below was read directly from kommo.com on 14 August 2026. Products change, so check their site before you decide. Where Kommo does something FlowTracker does not, we say so.
Kommo is the most established product we compare against, with a far bigger feature surface and genuine review history. We are not going to pretend FlowTracker matches it as a general CRM. The difference is what happens before the lead exists.
Kommo can record where a lead came from. It cannot tell you that this specific deposit came from this specific creative in this specific ad set, because that requires storing the ad click identifier on landing and matching it forward. FlowTracker is built around that chain.
Optimising Meta or TikTok toward depositors requires sending the conversion back through the Conversions API with the original click identifier. FlowTracker does this to Meta, TikTok and Google. This is not a function Kommo publishes.
Kommo prices per user per month, from $15 to $45, and requires prepayment in blocks of six months or longer. FlowTracker prices per plan, so adding a moderator or a night-shift agent does not change the bill.
FlowTracker publishes named broker integrations and handles registration and deposit postbacks. Kommo is a general sales CRM and does not publish broker integrations.
Kommo column reflects what is published on kommo.com, read on 14 August 2026. Kommo wins several rows outright and the table says so.

Kommo figures read from kommo.com on 14 August 2026. Kommo states that subscriptions are sold in 6, 9, 12 or 24 month terms paid in advance, so there is no true monthly option. For a three person team, Kommo Pro works out around $135 a month, which is well below FlowTracker's Operate plan. For a fifteen person team it is around $675 a month. Kommo is the cheaper choice for small teams that do not need ad attribution, and we would rather say that plainly than bury it.
We would rather you pick the right tool than the loudest one. Kommo is the better buy for some teams, and here is exactly when.
That depends on why you are leaving. If you want the same thing Kommo does but cheaper or simpler, FlowTracker is probably not your answer, because Kommo is a more complete general CRM. FlowTracker is the right alternative when the reason you are unhappy is that you cannot tell which advertising spend produced which revenue.
Kommo is a messenger-based sales CRM with pipelines, chatbots, calling, email marketing and mobile apps, priced per user. FlowTracker is an attribution platform with a CRM, an inbox and broadcasts inside it, priced per plan. The core difference is that FlowTracker stores the ad click identifier and matches it forward to the deposit, then returns the conversion to the ad platform.
Kommo publishes three per-user monthly prices: Base at $15, Advanced at $25 and Pro at $45, plus a custom Enterprise tier. Kommo states that subscriptions are sold in 6, 9, 12 or 24 month terms paid in advance in US dollars, so there is no true month to month plan. There is a 14 day free trial with no credit card. Checked 14 August 2026.
For small teams, yes. Three users on Kommo Pro is roughly $135 a month against FlowTracker's Operate plan at $499. The maths flips as headcount grows, because Kommo charges per seat and FlowTracker does not. If you have fifteen chat operators, Kommo Pro is around $675 a month. Compare against your actual headcount rather than a list price.
Not in the sense a media buyer means. Kommo can record a lead source on the card, and their site does talk about tracking which ads convert. What they do not publish is storage of the ad click identifier on landing, matching it forward to a payment, or returning that conversion to Meta, TikTok or Google through a Conversions API. Those are the mechanics that let an ad platform optimise toward depositors.
Yes. Telegram appears in Kommo's channel list. It is worth noting that Kommo's headline positioning and feature pages centre on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok rather than Telegram. If Telegram is your main acquisition channel, check the depth of their Telegram support before committing.
Kommo holds 4.2 out of 5 from 73 reviews on G2 and 4.5 out of 5 from 255 reviews on Capterra, checked 14 August 2026. That is genuine third-party validation that FlowTracker does not have. Capterra's own summary of recurring negatives flags slow and ineffective customer support. Many recent Capterra reviews are labelled as vendor referred with an incentive offered, which is worth knowing when you read them.
No. FlowTracker has no G2, Capterra or Trustpilot profile, and we are not going to invent social proof to fill the gap. If published third-party reviews are a requirement for your purchase, Kommo satisfies that and FlowTracker does not. What we offer instead is a published price list, a free trial with no card, and integration pages you can verify yourself.
Yes. Some teams keep Kommo as the sales CRM and add FlowTracker for attribution and conversion feedback to the ad platforms. It costs more than consolidating, but it is a low-risk way to test whether the attribution data changes your buying decisions before you move a whole sales team.
For chat-led acquisition teams, generally yes. FlowTracker includes pipelines, tagging, a workflow builder and an inbox covering WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and Live Chat. It does not include native calling, email marketing campaigns or mobile apps, which Kommo does. If those are essential, Kommo is the better fit.
